This page summarizes Starlo's billing, cancellation, refund, and dispute-resolution policies. It is intended to be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Money-Back Policy.

1. Billing and Renewal

Starlo subscriptions start with the trial offer shown at checkout and then auto-renew at the recurring price shown at checkout unless canceled. Pricing and cadence are presented before purchase.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from our manage page. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid period.

3. Refunds and Support

If you believe a charge was made in error, email support@starlo.org or call or text us at (408) 676-8501 before filing a card dispute so we can review and resolve promptly.

4. Chargeback Good-Faith Resolution

If a dispute is withdrawn or dropped, we will refund the disputed transaction and cancel the associated subscription in good faith.

This policy is intended to resolve disputes quickly while preventing any additional billing on the disputed subscription.

5. Dispute Evidence and Enforcement

When a chargeback is filed, we may submit payment records, service-access logs, account activity, and checkout policy disclosures to the payment processor as evidence that the purchased digital service was delivered.
